Integrations

Use Hostingsurge from ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and VS Code. Install it, sign in, ask.

Add Hostingsurge to the AI app you already use, and let it deploy, read logs, add domains, manage databases and move sites over from Vercel and other hosts: 207 tools over MCP. You sign in to Hostingsurge and approve the access yourself. There is no key to copy.

Then just ask.

Your assistant picks the right Hostingsurge tools and tells you what it did. Try one of these:

  • “List my Hostingsurge projects and tell me if any of them has a problem.”
  • “Why did my last deploy fail? Fix it and deploy again.”
  • “Put this folder online on Hostingsurge as a new site called my-site.”
  • “Add the domain shop.example.com to my-site and tell me exactly which DNS records to set.”
  • “Create a Postgres database for my-app and connect it.”
  • “Move my Vercel project to Hostingsurge and tell me when it is ready to switch.”

You stay in control.

The same permissions as in the dashboard, and easy to take back.

Reads and changes are marked

Every tool says whether it only reads or makes a change, and which changes cannot be undone, so AI apps can ask you before they act. Deleting a project also needs its exact name.

One team, your role

When you sign in you choose the team, the permissions and the projects. The assistant never gets more than your own role allows.

Disconnect any time

See and remove connected apps under Settings → AI & MCP in the dashboard, and revoke tokens under Settings → API & MCP keys. Access ends at once.

Questions about AI apps

Do I need an API key?

No. Apps that support sign-in (OAuth) open the Hostingsurge sign-in, and you approve the access. A token is only for apps without sign-in, such as Cline, and for scripts and CI.

Which AI apps work?

Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code, Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Windsurf, Zed, Goose, LM Studio, Cline and any other app that can add a remote MCP server over HTTP: add https://hostingsurge.com/mcp and sign in.

Does it cost extra?

No. Connecting an AI app is included in every Hostingsurge plan, Free too. What your assistant creates counts towards your plan, like anything you create yourself.

What can my assistant do?

207 tools cover projects, deployments and logs, domains, databases, WordPress, email, object storage, imports and more. The MCP page lists them by area.

How do I disconnect an app?

In the dashboard, open Settings → AI & MCP and disconnect it under Connected apps. A token is revoked under Settings → API & MCP keys.
