Legal
Terms of service
These terms apply when you use Hostingsurge to build, deploy and run websites, apps and related services.
Draft under the owner’s legal review — not final until a lawyer has reviewed it. This does not replace any earlier agreement.
Who this applies to
Hostingsurge's registered operator details are being published here. Until then, this page names the brand (Hostingsurge) only.
By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
The service
Hostingsurge provides an AI-first tool for building, deploying and running websites, apps, WordPress sites, databases and related services (API, MCP, CLI).
- The platform is under active development; some modules are in development and are labelled as such on their own product page.
- Account credits ("Build Credits") and any payment are governed by the price list shown in the product at the time of purchase.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and for protecting your sign-in credentials.
- You may only create accounts for yourself or on behalf of an organization you are authorized to represent.
- Removing a member from a team permanently revokes that person’s access to the team’s resources.
Acceptable use
Content and usage sent to or run on the platform must follow our acceptable use policy.
- See /legal/acceptable-use for the full rules on spam, malware, phishing, illegal content, crypto-mining and open relays.
Payment and credits
Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider (see /legal/subprocessors). Amounts and credit units are controlled by a server-side price list, never by data sent from the browser.
A credit balance becomes available only after payment has been verified against the provider.
Termination
- You can close your account at any time; export features let you take your code, versions and data with you.
- We may suspend or terminate access for violating these terms or the acceptable use policy, with suspension as the first step.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is during this active development period, with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation or a specific service level (SLA), as also stated on the status page.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be called out clearly on this page.
