Acceptable use policy

The following is never allowed on the platform’s infrastructure, whether done by you, an AI agent you run, or a project you deploy:

• Spam — bulk unsolicited email, or using the platform’s email service as a spam-sending tool.
• Malware — viruses, ransomware or other software intended to damage or gain unauthorized access to systems.
• Phishing — pages or email that impersonate someone else to steal credentials or information.
• Illegal content — content that is illegal under applicable law, including but not limited to copyright infringement and content exploiting minors.
• Crypto-mining — unauthorized or resource-abusive cryptocurrency mining on shared infrastructure.
• Open relays — running an open mail relay, open proxy or similar service that others can abuse to hide their identity.

We do not proactively monitor content, but we act on reports and technical signals (for example bounced mail or network patterns indicating abuse).

The first response to a violation is suspending the affected resource (project, email domain or account) while the issue is investigated, not immediate deletion.

Repeated or serious violations can lead to account termination under the terms of service.
